ARE YOU BY APPOINTMENT ONLY?
We 98% of the time operate by appointment, but we can occasionally accommodate same-day services depending on your location and needs. Scheduling in advance ensures efficiency and customer satisfaction.
DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT THE ENTIRE TIME OF THE DETAIL?
You don’t need to be present throughout the entire process or even at all. We simply require access to your vehicle and adequate space to work.
DO YOU NEED ANYTHING TO COMPLETE THE JOB?
Yes, we kindly ask our customers to provide us with water connector and power source. Other than that our team is fully equipped to complete the detail.
DO YOU ONLY TAKE CASH?
No, we take Zelle, Venmo, Cash app and card in the future. We do not accept checks or money orders.
IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?
There will be a delivery fee if your location exceeds more than 20 miles from Chicago.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY INTERIOR?
It depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. Generally speaking, between 2.5 to 4.5 hours. Once we see the condition, we can give you a more accurate time range.
WHATS YOUR CLEANING PROCESS?
To ensure a comprehensive interior cleaning, we employ a range of brushes, cleaners, and machines tailored to the condition and material of your vehicle’s interior. Our experienced team has handled numerous interior cleaning projects, allowing us to refine our methods and effectively address diverse conditions. Rest assured, you can trust us to deliver exceptional results and take excellent care of your vehicle.
WILL MY CAR SMELL LIKE CHEMICALS?
Absolutely not. We do not use harsh chemicals and there will be zero trace of any smell other than your clean car. Till this day, we’ve never had a customer mention anything about a chemical smell.
DO YOU REPAIR UPHOLSTERY?
At the moment we do not repair any upholstery like torn leather or sagging headliners. We strictly clean and detail.
ARE YOU ABLE TO REMOVE EVERY STAIN?
We’re 100% confident in our skills and knowledge to get your interior cleaned to the best condition possible. However, some stains maybe far too gone for us to completely remove. Regardless, we’ll do everything we can to make it look its best. If we can’t remove it, we’ll at least make it look significantly better.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE SEATS TO DRY AFTER A SHAMPOO?
In warmer weather, the carpets and seats should be about 85% dry by the time we finish the interior cleaning. It will take approximately an additional hour for them to completely dry. In colder conditions, drying time is longer as water doesn’t escape as easily from fabrics. However, we ensure not to oversaturate the fabric, so you won’t see any puddles of water or excessive moisture.

CAN YOU CLEAN SOMETHING SPECIFIC LIKE A SEAT OR STAIN?
Even though our Mini-Interior Detail package is a maintenance type cleaning, we’re still happy and able to address any specific concerns you may have at an additional cost. Just ask what you need! Check out our Full Interior Detail for shampoo & stain removal all over your car!
WILL THIS SERVICE REMOVE ODORS FROM THE INTERIOR?
Unfortunately when it comes to removing an odor, it’s a much different process than just cleaning a stain off a seat. This could possibly require a more extensive cleaning process.
WILL YOU APPLY ANY PRODUCTS?
The only product that’s included in this package is a protectant for the plastic parts in the first row of the vehicle.
IS THIS WASH MORE OF A MAINTENANCE SERVICE?
Without a doubt, opting for a thorough interior cleaning will make a significant difference in your car’s interior. However, if you’re aiming for a more comprehensive restoration, we highly recommend exploring our Full Interior Detail package. HOW LONG DOES THE WAX LAST?
The durability of the wax depends on how you store and maintain your vehicle. If it’s exposed to the elements most of the time, like sunlight, rain, and bird droppings, the wax protection may last around 2 to 3 months. However, if your car is mainly parked in garages at work and home, with regular washing and spray wax application, the protection can extend to 3 to 6 months. It’s important to consider your vehicle’s storage conditions and maintenance routine for optimal wax longevity.
DO YOU CLAY BAR BEFORE APPLYING?
We thoroughly prepare your paint surface before applying the wax. This involves a two-step process: mechanical decontamination with a clay bar and chemical decontamination with an iron remover. These steps effectively remove dirt and contaminants, creating a clean surface that allows the wax to adhere properly for better adhesion and superior results.
WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE?
We have a wide range of high-quality products from top brands like Meguiar’s, Griot’s Garage, Chemical Guys, and more. With so many options available, we carefully select the best products to ensure exceptional results for your vehicle.

It depends on the size and condition of your car. Generally speaking, between 2 to 4 hours.
WILL THIS REMOVE SCRATCHES FROM MY CAR?
The wax provides a protective layer over your paint, effectively concealing and minimizing the appearance of micro scratches. By filling in these scratches, the wax enhances the overall shine of your vehicle, creating a smoother and more polished look. If you want a higher level of shine by actually removing swirls and scratches, then that would be paint correction.

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE WASHING MY CAR?
Since our premium wash is such a detailed cleaning it would take between 45 minutes to an hour.
DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO WATER AND POWER?
No! We are 100% mobile and will provide our own water and electricity (we provide the hose.)
DO YOU DO GROUP WASHES?
Yes! We do, take advantage and get all the vehicles from your home washed at once!
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
Yes. $50.
